We ship out our products from our Franklin, TN, storefront via USPS. We strive to ship non-monogrammed orders within 1-2 days. Monogrammed orders will take a little longer based on our monogramming volume. We will contact you with our current timeframe!

We are happy to issue a full refund or store credit on regular-priced merchandise within 7 days of the purchase date. For items purchased online and shipped, contact the store to discuss how to return an item.

All monogrammed and sale items are final.
