Shipping + Returns

We ship orders from our Franklin, TN, storefront via USPS. We strive to ship non-monogrammed orders within 1-2 business days. Monogrammed orders will take a little longer based on our monogramming volume.

We are happy to issue a refund or store credit of the purchase price on regular-priced merchandise within 7 days of the purchase date. For items purchased online and shipped, contact the store to discuss how to return an item. The buyer must pay the cost of returning an item to us.

All monogrammed and sale items are final.
